We have celebrated our son's wedding reception at Bermpark,Bhavanipuram on 18-2-2017 evening. The guests who attended the reception were astonished after seeing the venue as the neatness,lighting,river viewGreenery n hospitality maintained by your Tourism Authority under your dynamic leadership. Most of our near and dear are interested to celebrate their functions at location when opportunity comes. However we once again appreciate your authority and specifically manager Mr. Srinivas's Co-operation is un-forgettable. Many many thanks and your support is very much appreciated. We would also like to suggest to restrict public access during private function hours.

At the outset, let me introduce myself.
I am Sailaja Mallick working as a teacher in SSPS, Vizag. Recently we have performed our daughter's wedding on 15thMarch 2017. We have booked nearly 23 rooms in your Harita hotel, sector-10, vizag and performed certain pre wedding rituals at your hotel keeping the main event at Daspalla hotel as we had more than 800 guests.
We wanted to host luncheon for the groom's side as well as our guests in your hotel. At first, I was a bit hesitant n doubtful whether they can deliver the service upto our expectations or not. Touch wood, When we approached the Unit Manager Mr. Venkatesh, he spoke with utmost confidence n took it as challenge. We also met the Regional manager Sri Sudarshan Rao, who too spoke in an encouraging manner. Finally, we got convinced and handed over the whole services to the team members...Mr. Venkatesh, Mr. Rajkumar, Mr. Kanaka Raju, Mr. Sreenivas, Ms. Julie n the master chef Mr. Lakshman.
Sir, I am not exaggerating but with heartful of happiness n gratitude I would like to say that the whole team managed the event so well that some of my guests got confused n thought that they all are my brothers.
Their services were beyond our expectation n the guests were very well received and taken good care.
People generally think that haritha hotels managed by government body may not have good facilities n the food may not be palatable. But the team at Harita reversed it n proved that their hotel is nothing less to any other star hotel n their services too at par.
Many of my local n outstation guests were spellbound with the services of Harita team. They are all planning their future events at Harita.
Thanks is a small word but I dont have words to express my satisfaction.
I take this opportunity to suggest certain things for your kind consideration.
1. Since it is a 3 storied buidling it needs slightly larger lift that can take the load of atleast 6 -8 persons.
2. Pl.introduce south Indian thali meals.
3. Since the hotel gets considerable tourists from West Bengal n Odisha, it is wise to introduce Bengali cuisine or thali meals for which I am ready to offer my services as cooking is my passion. Your hotel is just a 5 minutes walk from my house.
At the end, I am extremely thankful to the team at Harita. I am sure under your able guidance, Harita will reach heights.
